The Keys
Agent Master Key started with one job: get your real API keys out of agent config files. Your credentials stay in a local vault on your Mac; each agent gets a scoped, revocable key with local approvals, an audit trail, and a kill switch.
The same idea applies to much more of your life than credentials. In the age of AI agents, you shouldn't have to re-type who you are into every chat — and you shouldn't have to hand your personal history to a cloud service to get help from an agent. Your life stays on your machine; agents get keys, not copies.

Every Key follows the pattern Agent Master Key already uses for credentials:
- Local first. Your data lives on your Mac, not on our servers.
- Scoped grants. An agent gets the slice you choose — never the whole vault.
- Audited. Every access is recorded so you can see exactly what an agent was shown.
- Revocable. Kill an agent's access in one step, any time.
